Union Ridge teachers work with the instructional coaches to increase and enhance their teaching skills. Instructional coaching offers teachers professional development and on-site learning leading to increased student learning. Instructional coaching is tailored to meet the unique learning needs of each teacher and is designed to increase their students' achievement in literacy and math. The coach and teacher work side-by-side in the classroom to promote student literacy and math learning.
