The District designed its Capital Facilities Plan to accommodate an expected 15% increase in student enrollment over the next 5 to 10 years, and to increase capacity at each of the existing campuses.

The current facilities are not designed to manage any enrollment growth scenario. Classrooms are already over capacity with 28% in portable buildings, and existing buildings have not received material improvements in 18 years or more.
